Freight Room Gourmet respects your privacy. Any personally identifiable information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Information you provide will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in any way that you have not consented to.

 

 

Security


Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

 

 

Shipping

 

Items as normally shipped within two business days of purchase. Customers are presented with the choice of delivery carrier, method, and cost during the checkout process. Tracking numbers will be provided via email upon processing completion.

 

When estimating package delivery please note the following:

• Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

• FedEx and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• USPS deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

 

 

Returns

 

Merchandise may normally be returned within 30 days of shipment for an exchange or refund. Holiday gift purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas may be exchanged or refunded through January 25th of the following year, subject to the regular terms and conditions.

To protect our customers from credit card fraud, we cannot change shipping addresses after orders have been submitted. Orders which have progressed through packaging and distribution services cannot be modified or cancelled. The standard return policy will apply to any items fulfilled as-ordered by the customer. Top Gear Outfitters cannot be responsible for shipping costs of items ordered incorrectly.

Returned items must be in original condition; unworn, undamaged, in the original packaging with tags attached, and returned in sturdy packaging. Customized and/or personalized merchandise, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable. Leather jackets returned for refunds will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. All returns are subject to the approval of a Product Manager.

Top Gear Outfitters will issue credits to the original payment methods or provide store credits for the cost of items and sales taxes, if applicable. Shipping, insurance, and gift wrapping charges are non-refundable. Customers will be notified via email of exchange shipping fees. Returned items purchased with 'Free Shipping' promotions will have the 'Standard Rate' shipping fees deducted from applicable refunds.

Before returning any items, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained online from the following link:

RMA numbers are valid for 10 business days. Merchandise must be returned for exchange or return within this time period. Customers are responsible for shipping and insuring all merchandise for exchanges and/or refunds. Top Gear Outfitters cannot be responsible for items lost in transit or sent without signature confirmation.

Return shipments must include a copy of the original invoice and packing slip. RMA numbers must be written on the outside of return packaging. Refunds cannot be issued for items returned without proper documentation and RMA numbers.
